You have 30 full days from the date of your purchase to test and evaluate MayPrime. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the service, you are entitled to a complete, no-hassle refund.

If you wish to continue enjoying MayPrime, you can manually purchase a new plan on our website. To make things effortless, your initial setup will not change. We will seamlessly extend your existing account so you can keep using your current login details without having to reconfigure your devices. (However, if you ever prefer to start fresh with new login credentials, just let us know after your purchase and we will happily provide them!)

3. How to Request a Refund

We don't make you jump through hoops, navigate confusing menus, or wait on hold to get your money back.

To request a refund within your first 30 days, simply follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@mayprime.com.
  • Include your account email address or your original order number.
  • State that you would like a refund.

Our support team will process your request and initiate your refund within 24 hours.

4. Refund Processing Times

Once our team initiates your refund, the funds will be sent back to your original payment method.

  • We process refunds on our end immediately (within 24 hours of your request).
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days for the funds to physically appear back in your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again to ensure it isn't listed as a pending transaction.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on their end.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at support@mayprime.com and we will gladly investigate the transaction for you.
